Mrs. Gilpin has over 15 years of experience managing teams and large projects. In addition, she has over 8 years of experience in the scheduling, training and supervision of the SPCC departments processes and plan development. She oversees the logistics of the SPCC daily operations and prides herself on delivering all reports in an efficient and cost-effective manner. She has a BA in Business Administration.
Mr. Behymer has over 22 years of professional sales and marketing experience. His responsibilities include developing sales opportunities and implementing the marketing and branding effort for the company.
SPCC Field Coordinator
Mr. Murphy has experience in completing SPCC site inspections for a variety of facilities. He routinely travels to client sites across the United States to gather information required for SPCC, Tier II, Quad O reporting, Green House Gas Reporting, annual SPCC inspections, and bulk storage SPCC inspections.
William L. Torneten, P.E.
Mr. Torneten has 38 years of experience in environmental, civil, and petroleum engineering. He has performed a variety of assignments in the areas of permitting, design, environmental assessments, solid and hazardous waste management, conducted and managed reservoir studies of numerous oil and gas fields, and prepared feasibility and economic studies of various oil and gas industry projects.
