Mr. Smith is a dedicated professional with extensive environmental experience related to the development of unconventional shale oil/gas resources, including numerous projects evaluating methane stray gas complaints in the Utica and Marcellus shale plays. Smith has over 30 years of experience with the oil and gas industry on most types of environmental regulatory issues, from permitting, to the investigation and remediation of condensate, oil, and brine impacted soil/groundwater. In addition, he is closely associated with the development and implementation of baseline sampling programs, detailed geochemical evaluations of associated data, and has worked on water-rights and water-use issues in support of industry operations.

Mr. Behymer has over 22 years of professional sales and marketing experience. His responsibilities include developing sales opportunities and implementing the marketing and branding effort for the company.

Chris Schaefer, P.E.



Mr. Schaefer has served as a project hydrogeologist for a variety of environmental projects since entering the profession in 1991. He has worked extensively with local, state and federal agencies and regulators both as an employee and as a consultant. Responsibilities include permitting and providing oversight for corrective action at RCRA treatment, storage and disposal facilities.

Mr. Torneten has 38 years of experience in environmental, civil, and petroleum engineering.  He has performed a variety of assignments in the areas of permitting, design, environmental assessments, solid and hazardous waste management, conducted and managed reservoir studies of numerous oil and gas fields, and prepared feasibility and economic studies of various oil and gas industry projects.

Ms. Bennett has completed over 200 Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). These projects involved the identification of recognized environmental concerns associated with right-of-way acquisition, alignment alternatives, proposed design parameters, worker health/safety issues and construction methodologies.
